The Cove FFA Mother’s Day Plant Sale is up and running! We are open from 10:00am to 4:00pm Wednesday (Today) through Saturday. Proceeds from the sale help fund travel expenses and registration costs of educational field trips, conferences, and competitions. Thank you for your support!

The Cove Chapter of FBLA will be serving Hamburgers, Italian Cream Sodas, and Ice Cream Sundaes at this week's Play Day. Come by and grab yourself some wonderful treats and help our chapter members raise money for their trip to the National Conference this summer in Orlando.

For your reading pleasure here are some of our highlights including Gabby Savage running the 10th fastest 6th grade time in Cove history in the 100, 6th fastest in the 200, 8th fastest in the 400, 2nd farthest in the javelin and 12 farthest in the long jump. Callie Fox has the 6th grade 9th fastest in the 400, fastest 6th grade in the 800, she beat her sister Alisa by .24 of a second, second fastest in the 1500, first 6th grader in the 3000 and fourth in the high jump. Josie Flick is 13 fastest 6th grader in the 400, 100 hurdles and 10th in the javelin. Laela Egeland is 4th all time 6th grader in the long jump, 6th in the high jump and 13th in the 400. Billy Mattucci is now the 3rd ranked 6th grader in the 200, 7th in the 1500, 2nd in the 100 hurdles, 1st in the 110 hurdles and 1st in the 300 hurdles. Barrett Gregory is now the 14th ranked 6th grader in the 400, 12th in the 800 and 100 hurdles, 3rd in the javelin, 1st in the pole vault and first in the long jump. Jonah Blackburn is the 20th ranked 6th grader in the 400, 2nd in the 3000, 17th in the 100 hurdles, 4th in the 110 hurdles and 2nd in the pole vault. Caleb Hall is ranked 6th for the 6th grade in the disc and 1st in the javelin. Colt Johnson is ranked 16th in the 6th grade for 100 hurdles and 5th in the 300 hurdles. For the 6th grad Noah Howrey is the 6th ranked javelin. For the 7th grade Brynn Weishaar is ranked 7th in the 100, 2nd in the 200, 3rd in the 800 and Brynn is the new school record holder in the 400 breaking Autumn Dobbs record by over a half of a second. Ti-Ti Edwards is the 12 ranked 7th grader in the 400, 20th in the 100 hurdles, 8th in the disc and 1st in the javelin. Findley O'Rourke is ranked 5th in the 7th grade in the triple jump, 17th in the long jump, 9th in the high jump, 4th in the javelin and 5th in the discus. Briley Beverage in the 7th grade is ranked 8th in the 100 hurdles, 2nd in the 300 hurdles and 12 in the long jump. Hadlee Needham 6th in the 7th grade ranking in the shot and 3rd in the discus. Quinn Hibbert in the 7th grade Cove ranking is 15th in the long jump, 6th in the high jump, 3rd in the javelin, 1st in the 110 hurdles, 300 hurdles and 5th in 100 hurdles. Gauge McMurdo in the 7th grade records at Cove is 16th in the 100, 12th in the 200 and 6th in the 400, Brock Beverage is ranked 14th in the long jump, 3rd in the high jump, 5th 300 hurdles, 11th 100 hurdles, 17th 400 and 6th in the 800. For our all time list Austin Flick is the 19th fastest middle school Cove 100 runner, 7th in the 200, 2nd fastest all time in the 400 .77 of a second off of Taylor Fox's record and 13th all time in the long jump. Brody Dickenson is the second best in Cove history in the triple jump just 5.5 inches from Marshall Baybado. Brody also was 14 all time in the high jump, 4th in the javelin and 3rd in the 100 hurdles. Kyle Girdner was 5th all time in the 200, 17th in the 400 and 3rd all time in the high jump. Johnny Matteucci is now 5th all time in the triple jump, 2nd in the pole vault and 16th in the 200. Tristen Egelang is now 12th all time in the 800 and 9th in the javelin.
